The KX fluidized bed series biomass gasification furnace consists of a furnace body system, dust removal system, cooling system, tar purification system, tar separation system, Roots blower, electrical control system, etc. It is a downdraft fluidized bed gasification equipment that utilizes biomass energy such as crop straw, agricultural and forestry waste, industrial organic waste, and urban organic solid waste to produce biomass gas. This equipment adopts the latest independently developed technological achievements to achieve intelligent control of the output gas volume of the biomass gasifier, automatic control of feeding and ash removal, and automatic discharge of sewage. The biomass gasifier can work continuously for a long time. The intelligent control of gas output can adapt to the fluctuation of power generation equipment and ensure the perfect and flexible cooperation between biomass gasification and power generation equipment operation.
Biomass gasification is the process of converting solid materials (such as wood, agricultural waste, or straw) into combustible gases. By controlling the reaction process, carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen elements are transformed into combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, hydrogen, and methane, transferring most of the energy from biomass raw materials to synthesis gas. This is the gasification process of biomass gasifiers.
The generation principle of biomass syngas: the biomass raw material enters the reactor of the gasifier, and is heated and dried. With the temperature rising, its volatile matter is separated out and pyrolyzed (cracked) at high temperature. The pyrolyzed gas and carbon react with the supplied air in the oxidation zone to produce CO2 and water vapor. The heat generated from combustion is used to maintain drying, pyrolysis and the endothermic reaction in the lower reduction zone. The gas generated after combustion reacts with the high-temperature carbon layer through the reduction zone (C+CO2=2CO, C+HO2=H2+CO) to generate biomass synthesis gas containing CO, H2, CH4, CmHn and other components. It is led out from the lower part and sent out for use after removing impurities such as tar through the purification system. The ash is discharged from the lower part of the gasifier.
